Episode 43: How to avoid being a push over boss

Some people are naturally more assertive than others but when you are a pushover or have major people pleasing tendencies aka “The Weak Sauce” … you need to turn that shit around if you are an owner or a manager. 

Then you have the folks that are aggressive AF  aka Rage Monsters… those peeps need to seriously dial it BACK! 

There's a big gap between being assertive and being a total pushover, and if you find yourself on the wrong end of that spectrum, there is a really good chance you’re going to end up with a shituation. 

The problem is, that not changing your ways, will have you completely taken advantage of, disrespected and left with a major risk of massive burnout.
